Frank Miranda is a Trial Attorney who has been practicing law for over 26 years. This background coupled with his pride of living and doing business in Tampa has led Mr. Miranda to successfully handle over a billion dollars in foreclosure and title insurance cases. Frank Miranda has successfully represented mass tort claims, including the BP Oil Spills, Hernia Mesh, and Fresenius dialysis claims. Mr. Miranda has also recovered punitive damages for clients wronged by three of the largest banking institutions for their willful and reckless acts towards the community.

Frank Miranda graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Mr. Miranda then went on to law school and graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

Upon passing the Florida Bar, Frank Miranda joined the Office of the State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County and was responsible for prosecuting felony drugs and major crimes.

After gaining valuable trial experience as a prosecutor, Mr. Miranda went into private practice focusing primarily on real estate transactions and litigation, complex business litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Miranda also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix, teaching courses on employment law and business law.

Frank Miranda is married with two children and active in multiple community organizations and charities.

Frank Miranda is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the Federal Middle District of Florida, the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Southern District of Florida.
